Shipping terms

After the order is paid in full, non self collecting users in Chinese Mainland will arrange delivery according to the order agreement (pre-sale products will be delivered on the pre-sale delivery date), and other users and non Chinese Mainland regions should go to Hong Kong warehouse to collect their own goods. Except for cases where the product is self picked up as agreed in the order or we notify you of self pickup due to your failure to provide a delivery address or an invalid delivery address, logistics services will be provided by third-party manufacturers such as Debang, SF Express, etc. Please note that unless otherwise explicitly stated on this site, the price of the product does not include shipping costs, and the delivery time is only an estimated time. You agree that we are not responsible for any estimated delivery date statements under any circumstances.

The following time points shall be deemed as our fulfillment of the delivery obligation, and the ownership of the product shall be transferred to you. You shall bear the risk of damage or loss:

  • When the product is transported by the carrier, we will deliver the product (subject to the actual control and control of the carrier) to the carrier's time point;
  • When you receive a self pickup product notification from us, in the case of self pickup products.
  • If you designate a consignee, the actions and expressions of intent of the consignee shall be deemed to have been made by you, and you shall also bear the legal consequences and responsibilities.
  • For the products in your order, if you have fulfilled your obligation to pay the full price according to the payment time indicated on the order page, and we do not ship them before the latest delivery date, you have the right to give us a written reminder. If we do not ship the goods within 60 days after receiving your written reminder, either party to the order has the right to terminate the order. After the order is terminated, we will refund you all the payments made (excluding interest between the payment date and the refund date).
  • In some cases, some packages may be returned to us due to non delivery. We will arrange to resend the products you purchased or notify you to pick them up, but any additional costs and losses incurred as a result should be borne by you, including but not limited to additional transportation fees, storage fees, storage fees, etc. If we notify you to pick up the products according to the order agreement, you should pick up all the products within 5 working days after receiving our notification. Otherwise, we have the right to charge you storage fees, storage fees, and other fees based on a daily standard of 100U per unit (piece).
  • The address is incorrect. If the address of the package is incorrect, the logistics service provider or non designated recipient may return the package to us. Please carefully check the shipping address when creating an order.
  • The address format is incorrect. If our system cannot correctly recognize the entered address, the package may not be delivered to the correct address.
  • Unable to deliver. Most logistics service providers will attempt multiple deliveries for packages that have not been signed for. If, after multiple deliveries, the logistics service provider is still unable to have the designated recipient sign for the package, it will be returned to us.
  • Recipient rejected. If the designated recipient of the product refuses, the logistics service will return the package to us.
  • Illegal and invalid address. In rare cases, an address may become illegal or invalid during package transportation. If this situation occurs, the logistics service will return the package to us.
  • Damage during transportation. If the package is damaged during transportation, the logistics service provider may return the package to us.

Except for cases where the product is self picked up or used as stipulated in the order, you irrevocably authorize us to purchase transportation insurance (hereinafter referred to as "default insurance") for the product you purchased. You can click on the link to view or download the main terms of the transportation insurance. In the event of an insurance accident, upon your request, we will make a claim on behalf of the insurance company. If the insurance company refuses to pay all or part of the payment due to your failure to submit true, accurate, and complete data, you shall bear the corresponding consequences on your own. You confirm that you agree with the main terms of transportation insurance (including but not limited to an absolute deductible of 1500USDT), otherwise you should purchase other insurance on your own. To avoid any doubt, you confirm that unless we have clear regulations, purchasing default insurance for the product does not imply any liability on our part.
In addition to the default insurance mentioned in this clause, we will purchase insurance services from the carrier based on the insurance amount determined by you through email or other written channels, and the cost of purchasing insurance services will be borne by you. If you do not specify the insured price, it will be deemed that you have not purchased the insured service, and the related consequences will be borne by you.
You should inspect the goods within 2 days (hereinafter referred to as the "inspection time") after receiving them (using the delivery date on the carrier's delivery certificate as the delivery date). If you do not raise any written objections within the agreed inspection time, it will be deemed that the goods we delivered fully comply with the provisions of the sales agreement.
The return policy of the product is listed on the product page. Unless otherwise specified on the product page and sales agreement, you confirm that the product is customized and produced according to your order requirements. Regardless of whether it is shipped or not, payment cannot be refunded or returned. Once you make a purchase, it is considered your agreement with this return policy.
