Quality Assurance Clause
The product warranty date is based on the delivery date, and the warranty period is 180 days. You can check the warranty date of your goods on the warranty query page of this site.
If the product malfunctions during the warranty period, we are only responsible for the replacement or repair of components or the entire machine (hereinafter referred to as "warranty service"). If you request us to provide warranty services, you should create a repair order on this site within the warranty period (the time of creation of the repair order shall be based on the display on this site) and send the product to the location designated by us within the requested period. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse to provide warranty services.
We further guarantee that within thirty (30) days from the date of product replacement/repair or the remaining time of the warranty period (whichever is longer), the replaced/repaired product will be free from defects in data and craftsmanship under normal use.
During the warranty period, if the hardware product needs to be repaired or replaced, you shall bear the transportation cost of sending the product to our designated address, and we shall bear the transportation cost of sending the repaired or replaced product to your designated address. You shall bear any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery inquiries provided by you. You will bear all risks of loss or damage to the product or components or components during transportation (including the transportation period when you send them to us and when we return them to you).
The warranty of the product is non transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser. The product warranty does not apply to any products purchased from us or our authorized suppliers and/or their affiliated companies.
Within the scope permitted by applicable law, the warranty shall become invalid in the following circumstances:
- Failure to use, install, maintain, and maintain the machine according to the instructions, resulting in damage to the machine;
- Using any components or power supplies that are not produced by us or authorized institutions and do not meet our required parameters, resulting in damage to the mining machine;
- Damaged warranty stickers (i.e. fragile labels) for mining machines;
- Dismantling the machine or making any changes to the machine without our or our authorized service agency, including but not limited to customer disassembly or modification of the product without our written authorization;
- The calculation board or chip is crushed, dropped, burned, or damaged due to falling during transportation;
- Product damage caused by high voltage and leakage;
- Product damage caused by high or low ambient temperature;
- Damage caused by immersion, moisture and corrosion of circuit boards and components;
- Scrapping, including burning boards, product corrosion/oxidation, chip solder pad pins falling off, PCB breakage, blocked board holes, use of POE switches, etc;
- Mixed board: Some or all of the operation boards in the machine are not original to the machine or any situation that makes it impossible for us to determine whether the operation board is original to the machine;
- Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, tsunami, lightning, etc.), such as water ingress, moisture on circuit boards and components, corrosion, etc;
- Missing or unclear machine SN number;
- Damage caused by direct operation of the machine without connecting the water drainage component (this clause applies to machines that require water drainage components);
- Products whose original software was not replaced or modified by us, our affiliated companies, or our authorized service providers;
- Damage to the product due to incompatibility and/or incompatibility of the current and/or future versions of the operating system, software, and/or hardware;
- Any situation that makes it impossible for us to determine whether the product is within the warranty period.
- Other situations specified on the product purchase page or after-sales repair terms.
Regarding the expiration of warranty and other after-sales policies, please refer to the after-sales service policy (including after-sales maintenance terms, maintenance guidelines, and methods and strategies related to notices, instructions, guidelines, terms, and similar files or process guidelines related to Longzhu mining machine after-sales on the after-sales support page and after-sales maintenance page, collectively referred to as the "after-sales service policy"). If there is any inconsistency between the sales agreement and our after-sales service policy, our after-sales service policy shall prevail.
